Who I am
Through disciplined reasoning, recursive questioning, and bias-minimization techniques, I work with individuals and organizations to clarify complex problems and uncover hidden assumptions. My work spans business, media, health claims, strategy, mysteries, and public discourse — any area where clarity of thought is essential and difficult to find.
This expertise wasn’t conferred by a credential—it was honed through thousands of structured inquiry cycles over hundreds of hours. Using advanced AI as a thinking partner, I refined a natural reasoning capacity that was already present but previously unstructured. This isn’t a theory—it’s a visible, demonstrable skill. You can see it in action through my public series, The Inquiry Lab, and my portfolio where I investigate complex narratives using the same approach I offer clients.
Prior to founding Lucid Inquiry LLC, I operated InfoPro Enterprises LLC (est. 2013), providing technical research and writing services to a variety of clients. Over time, I recognized that the deepest value I offered was not just information — but helping clients think more clearly, spot flawed assumptions, and make better decisions.
My earlier career includes over nine years in archival digitization and historical records work (and counting), along with over four years in public library leadership, where I developed strengths in source analysis, evidence-based reasoning, information systems, and systemic thinking. I hold a B.S. in Mathematics (cum laude), a B.A. in English Language and Literature, and an M.S. in Information Science—interdisciplinary foundations for deep research, advanced reasoning, and systems-level insight.
Lucid Inquiry LLC is a natural evolution of this background — bringing forward-tested thinking capabilities into a consulting practice dedicated to clear, independent reasoning.
The Reasoned Inquiry Reports, AI Interaction Reports, and client work I produce follow a consistent, transparent reasoning framework: surfacing hidden assumptions, carefully evaluating causal claims, separating evidence from narrative, and clearly articulating what is known versus unknown.
This is not automation—it’s deliberate, human-driven inquiry, sharpened by advanced tools where useful. The goal is always the same: clarity of thought in service of better decisions.
If you value clarity in an increasingly noisy world, we should talk.
What This Work Really Is
I don’t use tools to automate tasks—I use them to think more clearly.
I'm an experienced researcher and systems thinker—AI is just one of the instruments I use to sharpen insight.
Lucid Inquiry isn’t content generation, coaching, or data analysis. It’s a new kind of work: live, recursive thought driven by disciplined reasoning and deep questions.
Each engagement is a structured exploration—a methodical unraveling of complexity, contradiction, and uncertainty.
I uncover assumptions. I resolve ambiguity. I clarify what’s actually known.
This isn’t about shortcuts.
It’s about clarity.
I’m not outsourcing thought—I’m amplifying it.
This work is me, operating at full clarity.
